·    Westcotec 8796 of 09/05/2108 for street lighting @ £111.12 plus VAT @ 22.22 = 133.34i

 

New payments to approve:

·    British Telecom @ £125.48

·    Wisbech Electrical @ £55.04

·    Wescotech @ £139.00 + AT @ £ 27.80 (post & bracket)

 

Invoices / items to pay arriving after publication of agenda – to be reviewed at the meeting.

 

Cheques required on agreed payments  :

·    to add £5 to cover cost of SIM for phone for Clerk – Pay&Go SIM purchased @ £20 as signatories not set up to pay enabling bill

·    to add payment for web-site  (only if this is in part Welney PC business?)

·    to add payment for SAM2 post (£149 for post and bracket)

·    BCKL&WN = annual Upwell car park maintenance contribution in advance for 2018/2019 @ £150.00

·    “gates” to mark boundaries of settlement on principal routes
