·         BCKL&WN = collection from dog waste bins @ £ 329.47 incl VAT

·         Norfolk ALC membership charges @ £168.44 incl VAT

 

Agreed bills awaiting clarification regarding relevant lawful powers:

·         BCKL&WN = annual Upwell car park maintenance contribution in advance for 2018/2019 @ £150.00

 

Agreement re payments in future:

·    to add £5 to cover cost of SIM for phone for Clerk – Pay&Go SIM purchased @ £20 as signatories not set up to pay enabling bill

·    to add payment for web-site

·    to add payment for SAM2 post (£150 for post and bracket)

of consultation process:

 

1.      The following application was made available for review after the last meeting and it was felt that there was no need to call an extraordinary meeting to debate the application. Consequently, the parish has not submitted a decision. Pisces Country Park Bedford Bank Welney Norfolk PE14 9TB Use of site as holiday park with 6 additional holiday units Ref: 18/00752/F

2.      No further applications notified by week-ending 26 May, 2018 that could be considered in time for posting the agenda.
